staring on spring 13

The time has come again to start designing another collection. Now that I am designing four times a year, Spring/Summer/Fall/Holiday it seems as though I only have a few weeks in between each one.
Luckily, attending the LA textile show last week really started the creative juices flowing. I picked up a new print ( which is my favorite part of the entire process) and attended a few trend forecasting seminars.
These images have me wanting to start sketching now...and go on vacation :)

Check out this beautiful photo of the twin moguls. Do you think this was planned? The beautiful chartreuse couch (loving this color right now) against the eggplant wall with the accent of her teal sari and dark gold metallic jacket. It takes my breath away. Even the champagne makes my mouth to water (you know it's good stuff). It looks so natural I just don't want to believe it was set up.
