While flipping through the channels this last weekend, I stumbled upon a documentary on Annie Leibovitz. Up until that point, I really didn't know a whole lot about Annie except that she was an amazing photographer. I soon found out that she has shot EVERYONE! From her rock n' roll days at The Rolling Stones, to movie stars and politician at Vanity Fair to high fashion at Vogue, her resume is long yet her ego remains low. If you get a chance, I highly recommend seeing this documentary, "Annie Leibovitz: Life through a Lens". It's inspirational.

ReplyDeletei worked at the us embassy in vienna last summer and i showed up, like, a week after they hosted a huge annie event. i would have gotten to meet her too! i'm still bitter.
